There’s no hiding the prestige and luxury in the Biltmore area of Phoenix because every foot of it is ensconced in upscale living. Named after the famous Arizona Biltmore luxury resort and hotel, this neighborhood extends the sumptuous atmosphere of the resort throughout the entire community. There’s much to expect here. Expect beautiful real estate on large lots with exquisitely manicured properties. Expect luxury shopping, fine-dining restaurants, and trendy bars and lounges. Expect the convenience of Phoenix living in the heart of the city with all of the amenities but none of the crowds or noise. And that’s just the beginning because when you live in Biltmore, luxury is a way of life. Residents also enjoy hiking and biking on established trails and along the nearby Arizona Canal, as well as long walks down lush streets lined with palm trees. In the end, this is still a neighborhood, and the gorgeous resort certainly enhances it but does not define it. Locals enjoy a laid-back lifestyle with the lush greenery and gardens of the resort as well as its shopping centers, alongside the breathtaking, ancient desert vistas with rugged terrain and outdoor activities. Together, residents have the best of both worlds and are blessed to be able to choose either or both.

 

For excellent American food and sushi, as well as a memorable date night, head over to the Hillstone, and make sure you try the pan-roasted salmon. If you’ve got to have authentic Italian cuisine and pizza to die for, make a beeline for Pomo Pizzeria. Their homemade pasta is bomb-diggity good! Fashionistas will adore the Biltmore Fashion Park for their luxury shopping—Saks, Ralph Lauren, Cole Haan, and more—plus gardens, fountains, and many restaurants.
 
The Arizona Biltmore is a Waldorf Astoria resort of unparalleled opulence. The neighborhood is built around this historic beauty. It could take years to discover all it has to offer, but here are a few things: a healing spa, lush gardens, fitness centers, several swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, several restaurants and bars, retail luxury stores and boutiques, glamorous hotel suites and quaint cottages, and two 18-hole golf courses.

 

The annual Phoenix Flight car show is not to be missed. This “Concours d’Elegance” is the biggest Porsche event in the state. Festivities include a covetous car show, awards ceremony, banquet with a charity auction, and an autocross.
