Recognized as one of the Valley’s premiere luxury real estate agents, Christy Dean has sold more than $400 million in residential real estate throughout her career in both Northern California and Arizona. With a combined background in both Commercial and Residential real estate, Christy’s experience affords her a broad spectrum of knowledge when advising her clients with regard to their real estate objectives.
Born in Chicago and spending much of her childhood as a resident of Paradise Valley, Christy began her real estate career in the retail leasing business in Newport Beach, California, after graduating from The University of Arizona. In her work with The Irvine Company and several other real estate developers throughout California, she was responsible for lease negotiations with numerous high-end retailers.
After nine years in Southern California, Christy moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where she launched her residential real estate career and simultaneously owned a boutique interior design firm. Her ability to combine these two skills has been a great asset to her clients and earned her several awards in both fields.
Christy returned to Arizona in 2003 and has been actively involved in marketing high-end real estate in Paradise Valley and North Scottsdale since then. Christy was a member of Walt Danley Realty’s luxury marketing team prior to joining Retsy Forbes Global Properties and the ROCO Luxury Homes team.
In addition to her career, Christy has shared her time with numerous philanthropies throughout her adult life to include the Junior League of Chicago and Newport Beach, the Edgewood Foundation in San Francisco, and both P.A.N.D.A. and the Columbine Garden Club in Arizona. Christy and her husband, Steve Wrede, live in DC Ranch and share five adult children either finishing their college degrees (Ole Miss, University of Arizona, and Colorado State University) or launching their own careers.
Intimate knowledge of the greater Phoenix area has resulted in tremendous professional success. Year after year we remain in the top 1% of realtors in Arizona based on sales volume.
